Megatone.net already had “always on” campaigns on TikTok, but was looking to scale its efforts without losing efficiency or excessively increasing its costs. With a Marketing team focused on innovation and constant optimization of its digital strategies, the goal was to reach more people with purchasing intentions, improve return on investment and reduce the manual operational burden in the daily management of ads.
The brand decided to test the Smart+ tool, which applies artificial intelligence to automate the configuration and management of campaigns: from segmentation and bidding to the mix of creatives, copy and calls to action (CTAs). An A/B test was carried out comparing a traditional campaign with another managed through Smart+, keeping creatives, budget and period the same to isolate the effect of automation.

The results far exceeded expectations. There were 5.7M impressions in the automated campaign, against 3.3M in the manual, a 70% increase. The cost per thousand impressions (CPM) was also 43.8% lower. And the CTR, which was already good and exceeded the benchmark, was almost double (+95.7%) in ads with Smart+.
These indicators confirmed the effectiveness of automation based on artificial intelligence, allowing results to be scaled without sacrificing quality or efficiency. After the success of the test, Megatone.net decided to continue using the tool permanently within its digital strategy.
