Five years of work, effort and ups and downs are what the family that has been offering the best quality in furniture for 56 years went through to open a branch in the southern access of Garupá. On Nuestra Señora del Carmen street - a collector on that road - is the new Vicar Hogar y Muebles building, which has two floors with two well-defined spaces so that customers can find what they are looking for in a faster and simpler way.

“On the ground floor we are going to have the same products that we have in our first location (Uruguay and Pedro Méndez in Posadas) and on the upper floor there is a room with exclusive spaces from five mattress brands: Cannon, Simmons, Belmo, Suavestar and Springwall,” explained Gustavo Cardozo, manager of the furniture store.

Although the grand opening was postponed to another time, tomorrow this second location opens its doors, which already has everything prepared for the sale of closets, corner cabinets, appliances, living room sets, multipurpose furniture and everything for the home and office.

In the premises you will not find a single type of furniture, but there is a wide range of useful furniture for the daily life of the home. The armchairs are an example of the other options in addition to the built-in wardrobes that take advantage of the reduced space like few others, adapting to any small corner in the house.

Those who have a little more space also find their furniture at Vicar. In the store you can purchase sets of box springs that also have a bottom bed, that is, they have a double function and take up less space.

Build a project

Teamwork can be tiring at times, but if you have a clear objective and the support of a good group of colleagues, you progress faster and more efficiently. A clear example of a good work team is Vicar Muebles, which three months after celebrating 56 years of presence in the city, opens the first branch of its furniture store.

But it all began in 1965, when Carlos Cardozo and Rubén Vigo started Vicar, on Ayacucho Street between Salta and Tucumán. The joint work had good results and the company began to receive more and more clients.

The years passed and Vigo decided to start his own venture, so Cardozo became responsible for the now traditional furniture store. It was 27 years of life on Ayacucho Street, and in 1992 its space would be Uruguay 2740, then it would move again, but this time on the same avenue, on the corner of Pedro Méndez, where it is currently located.

Currently, the task that is carried out daily is to bring comfort and practicality to families with top quality furniture. Interior closets, for example, are made up of modules that allow them to adapt to the space in the room. And since the biggest concern is the comfort of all its clients, Vicar Muebles decided to go further with this second location in the South Access of Garupá.
