Sony unveils three new speakers from its ULT POWER SOUND line: ULT TOWER MAX, ULT TOWER 7 y ULT TOWER 5. Whether you are hosting a celebration, DJing, dancing or singing karaoke, the new party speakers from the ULT POWER SOUND line are designed for those who love music and want to feel every beat and combine deep bass, higher sound pressure and excellent party features to create an unforgettable experience.

Based on newly developed large circular woofers, oversized speaker cabinets and ULT DUCT, the next-generation ULT POWER SOUND line delivers more powerful low-frequency bass performance than ever before. The speakers' new robust, versatile and eye-catching design energizes any live event venue.

Designed in conjunction with hip hop creators

The new ULT TOWER series has been refined through collaboration with acclaimed hip hop creators, including Grammy-nominated producer Dot Da Genius, award-winning drummer, producer and musical director Daru Jones, record producer, songwriter and DJ Dready, and audio engineer and producer Dennis “ROC.am” Jones. With input from these artists and producers, Sony refined the speakers with their valuable input in mind. As a result, they deliver deeper bass frequencies, greater impact, and clearer vocals, helping users connect to music the way it was intended to feel.

Deeper bass and greater impact

Each model features Sony's distinctive ULT button, with ULT1 and ULT2, and two new modes, FLAT and LIVE^[2], which give users instant access to various music profiles:

• ULT1 mode increases bass depth to produce intense low-frequency sound that will make you shake.
• ULT2 mode further increases power to produce ultra-deep bass and strong sound pressure.
• FLAT mode reproduces music exactly as originally intended for a true-to-source listening experience.
• LIVE mode recreates the spacious feel of a live performance while preserving vocal clarity.

To further personalize the experience, you can adjust the sound using the Custom EQ feature in the Sony | SoundConnect.

The centerpiece of the new series is the circular woofer design that joins the ULT POWER SOUND line. The woofer works in conjunction with the large cabinet size and ULT DUCT to help each speaker reproduce deeper, more powerful bass with greater authority.

The ULT TOWER MAX model has three woofers (two front and one rear) and produces powerful bass and sound pressure that can be felt throughout the venue, supported by a high-power amplifier that provides up to 2150W of output. The ULT TOWER 7 model produces powerful bass and sound pressure with up to 420W output. The ULT TOWER 5 model delivers impressive bass and sound pressure in a compact design, with up to 300W output.

360° Party Sound: powerful surround sound that fills the room

The ULT TOWER MAX and ULT TOWER 7 models feature 360° Party Sound technology, which projects powerful audio throughout the space, so everyone can enjoy clear vocals and deep bass from almost any position around the speakers. In the ULT TOWER MAX model, four tweeters, midrange speakers and a rear woofer work together to produce rich sound that fills the room with deep, punchy bass.

Flexible placement and optimized sound in any environment

Enhanced Sound Field Optimization technology analyzes both speaker placement and surrounding noise levels and adjusts the overall sound balance across the entire frequency range, not just the bass, to maintain clear, balanced sound wherever the party takes place. The new range of ULT TOWER speakers also offers location flexibility, allowing them to be installed horizontally or vertically.

Designed for parties, DJ and karaoke

From casual parties to professional DJ setups, the ULT TOWER series offers flexible connectivity including XLR, RCA and USB-C® connections. At larger events, you can connect compatible speakers in a stereo configuration to create wall-to-wall sound coverage.

The new lighting modes allow you to easily change the type of environment to have different configurations. BEAT mode offers lights that sync with the beat; WAVE mode creates dynamic ambient effects for social gatherings, and MELLOW mode has slower light patterns to create a relaxed experience.

Karaoke fans can connect Sony's optional ULTMIC1 accessory for an optimized vocal experience. Additionally, the new Party Chain feature uses Auracast™ streaming technology to connect multiple compatible Sony speakers and sync music and lights for an unforgettable party experience.

Easier to transport, so the party lasts longer

Designed with portability in mind, the new speakers have handles with a more comfortable grip. The ULT TOWER MAX and ULT TOWER 7 models also include improved wheels with a wider tread to make them easier to move on different types of surfaces. The ULT TOWER 7 and ULT TOWER 5 models are also IPX4 rated in the upright position, making them perfect for outdoor use. With up to 30 hours of battery life for the ULT TOWER 7 model and up to 20 hours for the ULT TOWER 5 model, you can keep the party going wherever you are.

With the environment in mind

The brand's products are also environmentally friendly. Approximately 35% of the total plastic used in the ULT TOWER MAX model is recycled plastic, which is incorporated into various parts of the speaker structure, while in the ULT TOWER 7 and ULT TOWER 5 models, approximately 20% recycled plastic is used. This reflects Sony's initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of its products.
