Philips has a new country manager

Philips, which since last October was in charge of the Global CEO Roy Jakobs, now also has a new country manager for Argentina.
The chosen one to sit in this armchair was Guido López. Thus, the Argentine Executive was at the forefront of a market to which the Multi is giving greater autonomy. Until then, the business was on the Alexei Costa desktop, who a year ago became number 1 of the Hispanic region, which includes all LATAM, with the exception of Mexico and Brazil.
Guido López became the new head of the Dutch Philips for Argentina. The executive is premiering a new position, to which the Multi shaped her in order to strengthen her footprint in the country. Until then, market responsibilities hung from Alexei Costa's desk, based in Colombia.
López is part of the corporation for an biennium and, since 2022, he wore the hat of Business Marketing & Sales for Latam. However, its relationship with the company dates much before: between 1999 and 2009, it held different positions linked to administration, marketing and sales. In the middle, he passed through the American J & J and other companies.
