The world of video games does not give any respite and demands that all its members be attentive to the latest trends, with the aim of satisfying the needs of consumers, in this case the gamer, who is always looking for new, interesting experiences and with the latest technology to invest their free time in.
According to data from the Personal Computing Device Tracker 2021 study, developed by IDC, Lenovo leads the PC market in Argentina and part of that result is due to the company's decision to bet heavily on gaming, by working to launch a solid lineup of equipment that adapts to each gamer profile, from amateurs to professionals. In this way, we manage to cover all levels. In this sense, the Legion line continues to position itself as the most demanded on the market, occupying 50% of the market share of the Gaming segment.
This achievement was obtained mainly thanks to the growth in the market of the Legion line, the family developed specifically for the professional Gamer segment. These are notebooks and accessories, such as mice or headsets, designed to meet the needs of anyone who enjoys playing and needs to do so with the best quality products, whether for leisure or if you decide to compete in eSports tournaments.
Precisely on that last point we have also made very important progress. The competitive scene in the country and the region continues to grow exponentially and at Lenovo we intend to be present. That is why we are carrying out an alliance with the Furious Gaming team, through sponsorship in all its competitions and appearances at special events, such as Argentina Game Show, among others.
