Educational agreement between LG and the Buenos Aires Government to install an air conditioning equipment laboratory
LG Electronics Argentina will install an LG Lab Air Conditioner that will be intended for students of professional practices of the City Ministry of Education and will also target all authorized technical services and the Company's Distribution and Customer channels.

Based on an agreement with the City Government (GCBA), LG Electronics Argentina will install an LG Lab Air Conditioner that will be intended for students of professional practices of the City Ministry of Education and will also target all authorized technical services and the Company's Distribution and Customer channels.
The purpose of this Agreement, which lasts 3 years, is to promote a framework of collaboration where both parties undertake to deploy joint actions aimed at promoting, carrying out and disseminating training actions for instructors, students and graduates of the educational offer of Vocational Training, Higher Technical Education and Non-Formal Education belonging to the Lifelong Learning Agency of the Ministry of Education.
The laboratory soon to be inaugurated is located in a building that was originally built to house the “Wholesale Concentration Market for Fish” and that since its opening in 1934 became an urban reference incorporated into the neighborhood imagination.
In this area, LG set up a space where students will be able to experiment with a Multi V5 device, a Therma V device, and a 3000 kcal/h Dual Cool air conditioner.
The headquarters that will house the laboratory has an area of 14,000 m2, 70 boxes for business incubation, 12 spaces for holding events simultaneously: auditorium for 250 people; classrooms and spaces for workshops and laboratories; 3000 m2 for exhibitions and samples.
In this VRV technology air conditioning equipment laboratory, training actions will be carried out focused on the “Air conditioning systems installer” training path offered by the Vocational Training Center No. 35.
Regarding the opening of the laboratory, the CEO of LG of Argentina, Enrique Laffue, expressed: “We are very excited about this project because at LG we feel satisfaction in being able to contribute together with the City Government to the educational development of our young people by giving them the opportunity to strengthen their practical knowledge.”
