AGENS: An icon of Argentine creativity is reborn

From the hand of industry referents such as Marcelo Romeo, Silvina Seiguer, Nicolás Zarlenga & Federico Plaza Montero, and promoted by Maria Cher's initiative, the historic multicultural advertising agency returns to the market with legacy and innovation.

Agens, the Argentine Advertising Agency founded in the 1960s, returns to the scene with a multidisciplinary team of recognized professionals that integrate relevant experiences in the areas of marketing, communication, creativity, art and fashion. The relaunch rescues its pioneer legacy and projects it towards the future to transcend, consolidating Agens as a creative hub of advertising communication with an independent, innovative and collaborative model.

The agency is led by Marcelo Romeo, like CEO and Partner; accompanied by Silvina “Chippy” Seiguer, Business Director & Innovation and Partner; Nicolás Zarlenga & Federico Plaza MonteroThey are the cos and partners. For its part, Maria Cherñajovsky (Maria dear) is the executive director.

More than 50 years ago, Agens, Siam Di Tella agency, stood out for integrating design, communication and product in a transverse way -from visual identity and campaigns to art, design and packaging -, installing an unpublished creative model in the country. Today, more than five decades later, Agens takes up that innovative spirit with an approach that combines that legacy with new digital trends, technologies and AI to continue transcending times, disciplines, fashions and formats.

The new agens: an unexpected model

Agens works as an independent advertising agency with the differential of gathering diverse looks and a comprehensive creative approach that drives a spirit that reflects the objective of “Expect the unexpected” (Expect the unexpected). Among their first projects, they already work for SIAM (to honor the historic Agens), Philco, Atma and Head & Shoulders, in addition to other market brands that will be announced soon. AGENS is promoted by Newsan, the Electronics and Appliances business group and mass consumption products after the acquisition of the local Procter & Gamble Operation Argentina (P&G).
