Ultracomb launched together with the chefs @maiacocina and @lostipsdevero a proposal for live classes, to learn about the native ingredients from every corner of our country and learn how to prepare modern, simple and healthy recipes. The classes will be held live through the influencers' accounts every Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. starting on March 9 and until July inclusive.

The course designed by the influencers with the help of Ultracomb has the objective of raising awareness about foods that help promote the country's regional economies and at the same time are versatile for cooking. In this context, work will be done on three regions of the country on a bimonthly basis, covering the north, center and south. The workshop, which will last five months, will include the free live class and also the videos with what was taught that will be uploaded to the influencers' and also the brand's accounts to be consulted at any time and practice from home.
"As always, at Ultracomb we seek to make a difference in the lives of our consumers and clients. We noticed how during 2020 many of them learned new recipes and were encouraged to grow in the kitchen, but at the same time we noticed that there is little information about the food possibilities that the country offers and how to capitalize on it in a simple and healthy way. In that context, together with the girls, we thought of this workshop so that, with the techniques learned last year, they acquire recipe options with regional foods that are modern, delicious and easy to prepare. We know the importance this has for the country and for the health of Argentines,” explains María Belén Méndez, Marketing Manager at Ultracomb.
Some of the foods on which the class recipes will be based are: cassava, quinoa, peanuts, yerba mate, pine mushrooms, red fruits, Patagonian lamb, squid, cheeses, among many others. The dynamics of the class will include learning a recipe with the ingredient of the day, as well as information about the production of the product, its benefits and the time of year in which it is best to consume it. In turn, the brand's friendly accounts: @mica.brogna, @ruffo_cocina and @milhojascocina, will accompany this learning with their own recipe proposals on their Instagram profiles.
