Spring is coming, we all want to get rid of winter, have energy to renew ourselves, play sports and re-activate. Juices are a good way to incorporate essential foods for more vitality. Oster and @mamasanablog tell you how to make it and with what ingredients.
They are juices to enjoy at any time of the day; as a light breakfast, mid-morning as a snack, after exercising, or in the afternoon as an energizing snack and if you make them thinner they are great to accompany lunch and dinner. You just have to dare, create and try!
"At home we have been making our own natural juices for a while, energizing and much healthier and cheaper than the purchased ones. Especially when the heat starts when we all want to eat lighter," says Romina Polnoroff @mamasanablog.
"All of these juices are super easy to make in a blender, especially if it is a blender with a powerful motor like the Oster® reversible motor. With a strong motor, you don't need a more sophisticated cold press type juicer because everything is blended in such a small way that the kids love it. In addition, they can be strained easily and thus, all the nutrients of the fruits and vegetables are used," added Romina.
GREEN JUICE: Matcha, honey, lemon drops and filtered water.
WHITE JUICE: Natural yogurt, cinnamon, flax seeds, honey and coconut milk.
ORANGE JUICE: Mango, orange, turmeric, muscovado sugar and filtered water.
YELLOW JUICE: Lemon, mint, ginger, honey and filtered water.
BROWN JUICE: Cocoa, banana, muscovado sugar and almond milk.
PINK JUICE: Strawberries, blueberries, Himalayan or sea salt, stevia and filtered water.
GREEN LIME JUICE: Turmeric, ginger, lime, honey, filtered water.
LILAC JUICE: Blueberries, chia, sweetener to taste, natural yogurt and coconut water.
All these juices are prepared in the same way, the amount of ingredients is to taste. The amount of water is always greater than the other ingredients, but you can include a little more or less depending on whether you want it to be thicker or more liquid.
SOME TIPS:
Seeds, such as flax or chia, are recommended to soak for a while before putting them in the blender; about 20/30 minutes is enough.
Lemon and lime, in addition to juice, you can add zest; it is important that they are organic and well washed.
Liquids can always be replaced, if you do not have vegetable milk, you can use animal milk or water, if you do not have yogurt you can replace it with a tablespoon of soaked instant oats, and if you do not have coconut water you can replace it with filtered water.
The important thing is the combination of flavors, spices, seeds and fruits.
