A union where technology and innovation give the present to the service of gastronomy.

The Santa Fe company Santini Equipment, recognized for its modern gastronomic equipment focused on use in restaurants and hotels, has just announced the incorporation of its new line: Cucinext by Santini.
“Technology in your kitchen” is the slogan and premise of Cucinext by Santini, a brand that takes care of the demands of the modern chef and pays attention to digital transformations in its area.

Within its portfolio we can find the BP-1000 Planetary Impastatrice Blender, which has a 1000-watt motor and the Roner, a product that is currently present in the best restaurants in the world. This device is used to develop the Sous-Vide cooking technique, which maintains the integrity of the food and consists of vacuum packaging the product with a series of condiments and then cooking it in a bain-marie at a specific temperature.

The Roner Cucinext by Santini allows you to maintain a constant temperature precisely between 0º and 90º C throughout the container, offering total control of the cooking of the food.
