Samsung Electronics today announced the Galaxy Tab S8 and S8+ – in Graphite, Silver and Pink Gold – and the first Tab S8 Ultra tablet – available in Graphite. The models, which will arrive in the country in April, are the first to be compatible with Wi-Fi 6E (which provides up to double the bandwidth and maximum speed of Wi-Fi 6).

Each model features ultra-wide front cameras, a three-microphone setup with noise reduction, quad speakers with Dolby Atmos, and auto-framing technology that deliver a professional video calling experience. Equipped with powerful dual 12MP front cameras, these Tablets have professional 4K video quality. It's also possible to turn the Galaxy Tab S8 into a second portable monitor with touchscreen capabilities for Galaxy PCs.

The new Tablets offer multitasking capabilities with enhanced Multi-active Windows and Samsung DeX, secure and easy file sharing with password-protected Quick Share, and powerful productivity with the new super-fast 4nm processor and an S Pen. All of this is packed into the slimmest, strongest Armor Aluminum case for greater portability, and to enhance the mobile experience, the Galaxy Tab S8 series works hand-in-hand with the full ecosystem of Galaxy devices, with features like Second Screen and Buds Auto Switch.

Equipped with the first 4nm chip – the fastest processor in a Galaxy tablet – the Galaxy Tab S8 and S8+ also have ample RAM and storage, and the Tab S8 Ultra includes up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. All three models offer expandable storage up to 1TB with an optional microSD card.

As for its battery, Galaxy Tab S8 is powered by a smart battery that lasts all day and supports hours of video playback. In addition, it supports a 45W super fast charge that allows you to return to 100% in 80 minutes. Additionally, it offers the possibility of connecting other devices with a USB-C cable and functioning as a portable charger.

The Galaxy Tab S8 series is also protected by Samsung's Knox Vault platform that encrypts personal data and keeps stored information and files isolated from the device's main operating system to protect you from attacks. All members of the line have a fingerprint scanner that enables one-touch device unlocking.

In parallel, Samsung is also launching a new Book Cover Keyboard made of antimicrobial polyurethane leather with wider backlit keys, customizable shortcut settings and adjustable position angles.

Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra

Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra offers a premium tablet experience unlike any previous Galaxy Tab. With its wide 14.6-inch Super AMOLED display and 120Hz refresh rate, it also features the slimmest Galaxy Tab bezels at 6.3mm for maximum screen-to-case ratio and a truly immersive experience. Its magnificent screen is built in the thinnest, lightest and most resistant case yet, protected by an Armor Aluminum frame that is 30% more resistant to scratches and 40% less prone to bending than that of the Galaxy Tab S7.
