Optimized for residences and small businesses, Free Joint Multi (FJM) allows up to 5 indoor units to be connected to a single outdoor unit through multiple pipes, keeping the exterior of the property free and making better use of space.

It expands the power range in the outdoor units, with capacities from 6.8Kw to 14Kw, the latter being the widest on the market. Within the line available for this system, Samsung offers wall-type indoor units, low medium pressure silhouette and 1 and 4-way cassettes with Windfree technology, which allows the injection of air through the micro holes at low speed. Thanks to this, the spaces are air-conditioned without generating annoying drafts. The Sleep Mode function manages to maintain a uniform temperature very quietly. The Smart Comfort Operation option allows you to maintain optimal room conditions automatically by detecting not only the temperature but also the relative humidity and provides the ideal temperature for the human sleeping pattern that helps you sleep more comfortably.

Free Joint Multi features a new communication protocol that allows you to connect the system to centralized controls and create combined installations with variable refrigerant DVM systems and 1-to-1 systems without adding additional electronic boards. In this way, the user can manage the systems from a single point of control.

Samsung offers, optionally, a Wifi Kit that allows you to adjust the parameters of the FJM indoor units from a mobile device using the Smart Things app. From this application, you can also control other Samsung appliances. Using Geo-Location information, the welcome feature automatically creates the optimal temperature of a room or office before a user arrives. Smart Things can be downloaded from Google Play or Apple store and used for free. The auto addressing function makes the start-up procedure much simpler for the installer since pressing a single button located on the outdoor unit enables safe operation of the system, providing greater confidence to the user.
