Carrefour Argentina announced that David Collas will assume as general director on January 20, 2025, reporting the executive director of Carrefour América, Stéphane Machoire.

Collas began his career in the Casino Group. He arrived in Argentina in 2000 as director of Logistics and Supply Chain, after the acquisition of the Libertad brand. Upon his return to France, he held several positions in merchandise and Supply Chain. He returned to Latin America in 2012 as General Director of Carulla Supermarkets within the Colombian Group Success. In 2021, he joined the Equipment of the Maison within the Mousquetaires group, first as a commercial director and, from 2022, general director.

For its part, Argentina Candela Arias will assume as Director of Human Resources and General Secretary of Carrefour Spain, and Néstor Sist will be appointed Deputy General Director of Carrefour Argentina and will retain her current position as director of merchandise and Supply Chain.
