This is the High Wall On/Off, Smart air, which has Wi-Fi and can be operated with your cell phone and remotely.
York, the air conditioning brand belonging to the multinational Johnson Controls, announces the launch in Argentina of its new High Wall On/Off – Smart air model, the first that has a Wi-Fi connection and can be managed from a cell phone, through a specific York application.

The new model will be produced in Tierra del Fuego through a strategic partner of the firm that has been operating in the area for several years, and is part of the US$10 million investment plan announced by York at the beginning of the year, to strengthen its presence in both Argentina and the Southern Cone.

The High Wall On/Of is an intelligent air conditioning, or Smart air, since it has an integrated Wi-Fi device and, from this, it can be controlled via cell phone and remotely (also through the traditional, logical remote control).

In this way, several alternatives that impact comfort and energy savings can be taken advantage of. For example, you can turn on the equipment from the office, before returning home. Therefore, upon arrival, the environment will already be at the desired temperature. It may also happen that it is turned off remotely, in case you have doubts about having left it on when you went to work.

On the other hand, remote control from the cell phone allows the desired climate to be achieved without requiring abrupt jumps in power, which reduces energy expenditure.

In order to use the air from your cell phone, you must download an application created specifically by York, called Smart Life. To do this, you must have at least versions of Android 5.0 or IOS 9.0. After downloading the app, you must activate it by scanning the device's QR code and then register, with all the corresponding data.

In addition to the mentioned options, other functions can also be managed from the cell phone, such as Silent, which makes the computer's fan work at a lower speed to reduce the sound emitted; or the Eco Function, another particular feature of this model, which allows the equipment to automatically configure itself for energy saving by limiting the range of maximum and minimum temperatures.

The new model, which began production in October in Tierra del Fuego, can be obtained in three sizes, depending on the number of meters to be heated: 3000, 4500 and 6000 cold calories.
