With the pandemic, the demand for technological devices and accessories for virtual classes grew enormously. With a new start to the school year for all levels just around the corner, many students are looking to replace or update them.

Today's combos include headphones, mice, keyboards, and even file storage devices. SSD drives have become one of the most in-demand and fastest growing products in recent times, since they allow you to improve PC performance.

"Since the beginning of the pandemic, the technological product that had the greatest growth in Argentina was the internal SSD, which achieved sales growth of 60%. This reflects the need of users to improve the performance and storage capacity of their equipment," comments Gabriela Toscanini, Sales Manager LAR South at Verbatim.

Other products that also marked greater demand during the last two years were the line of gaming peripherals and accessories, as well as traditional peripherals and headphones for video conferencing and virtual classes.

In the last two cases, it was directly related to updating and preparing homes for the new reality of home office and homeschooling.

As highlighted by Verbatim, accessories and products linked to gaming continue to have sustained growth due to the professionalization of the sector and the addition of new players.
