Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. is bringing the Flex line of four-door refrigerators to global markets. The latest range includes three models – Stainless Steel, Bespoke, and Family Hub – which serve as Samsung's latest bid to serve consumers with today's unprecedented new standards. Initially unveiled at the CES 2021 event in January, the launch of the four-door Flex will begin first in North America in March with the Bespoke model, followed by expansions in select markets in Latin America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North African regions within the first half of this year.

Customization is key with the four-door Flex, offering flexible options for both its exterior and interior. It features an all-new Beverage Center that provides quick access to the water dispenser and a self-filling water jug. It is also equipped with Dual Auto Ice Maker, which consists of two separate ice machines that make regular ice cubes and smaller Ice Bites simultaneously to suit various cold drink preferences.

Interchangeable exterior
Homeowners can add their personal stamp to their kitchen style through creative use of materials and colors. The Bespoke version of the four-door Flex offers color and texture customization with interchangeable door panels that come in a wide range of colors and finishes.

Flexible interior storage
Interior customization is possible with all four-door Flex models thanks to their flexible shelf and drawer configuration that helps keep different foods fresh by creating ideal conditions. The four-door Flex includes Samsung's exclusive Flex Zone, an independently controlled compartment that can quickly convert from a refrigerator to a freezer, being able to store a wide range of items using five preset temperature modes. All versions of the refrigerator are also equipped with a Flex Crisper drawer, perfect for fresh produce or meat and fish, along with a Crisper+ drawer that ensures fruits and vegetables retain moisture.

Recommendations based on user preferences
The Family Hub version offers the benefits of software personalization thanks to its AI-powered services that improve the life experiences of families. Get family meal recommendations with the automatic Meal Planner, stay up to date with the shelf life of your products, generate ingredient shopping lists, and order food right from the Family Hub screen.

Perfected freshness and performance
The four-door Flex offers several amenities, including quick and easy access to cold, refreshing water. The Beverage Center is located inside the refrigerator, which keeps the water dispenser nozzle less exposed to air, reducing the risk of contamination. The extra resources also ensure the items in your refrigerator stay fresh, last longer, and taste their best.

Dual Auto Ice Maker
Dual Auto Ice Maker makes regular ice cubes and Ice Bites in two separate ice machines. Ice Bites are smaller and can chill drinks much faster – ideal for families with children. The double ice maker produces up to 6.17 pounds of ice per day and stores up to 9 pounds.

Autofill Water Pitcher
Autofill Water Pitcher automatically fills with purified water, which can be infused with fruits and herbs, and the mixture can be served instantly.

Water Dispenser
Water Dispenser features a stainless steel nozzle that is removable for easy washing.

UV Deodorizing Filter
The new built-in deodorizing filter reduces odors caused by airborne bacteria in your refrigerator with UV technology that continually cleans the filter.

Superior cooling performance
Keep food fresher for longer and retain its natural flavor and aroma. A Triple Cooling system supplies cold air independently to three refrigerator and freezer compartments using three dedicated coolers. The system controls temperature and humidity in each compartment to create ideal storage conditions and prevent odors from mixing. Precise cooling also minimizes any temperature fluctuations to just ±0.5°C, preserving the quality and texture of fresh foods and preventing the effects of freezer burn. Food stays fresh even if the refrigerator door is opened frequently. And Metal Cooling – the refrigerator's metal plate on the back – helps maintain the ideal internal temperature by retaining cold and preventing the loss of cold air every time the door is opened.

The four-door Flex integrates effortlessly into existing kitchen designs, with its sleek contemporary lines, flat panel design, carefully hidden handles and water dispenser. Meanwhile, the Family Hub version of the four-door Flex also features a refined user interface, contributing to the overall design of the unit.

Family Hub features a digital panel that allows users to display artwork of their choice from a curated selection. It also offers a variety of screen views to harmonize with refrigerator and kitchen decor, including Family Board, Family Hub's digital interface that presents analog aspects for users.
