Tetteroo-Bueno will be responsible for implementing Philips' strategy in Latin America for the professional healthcare and consumer health sectors, and further strengthening Philips' position as a leader in health technology through sustained, profitable growth. Additionally, he will be the leading voice of Philips' mission to improve people's lives in a region where approximately 30% of the population does not have access to quality healthcare.
In her previous position as Director of Sales and Business Marketing for the Personal Health business in Latin America, she presented different initiatives for people to lead healthier lives with proposals focused on healthy routines and home care, with which she obtained excellent results throughout the region.
He has an active 23-year career at Philips, where he has held various senior positions in general management and sales and marketing. His experience combines business strategies for business-to-consumer (B2C), business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) models in various Philips sectors: healthcare, personal health, lighting and televisions, in the Netherlands, China, Germany, the Philippines and, in the last 4 years, in Latin America.
Born in Brazil, she is very interested in driving Philips' mission to improve people's lives through innovation in the region. Summarizing his own management style, he describes it as “one driven by purpose and focused on performance.” "I believe we must work closely with our customers to understand how they can provide better services to their consumers and patients. I want to make sure that all of us at Philips know how to make a positive impact on the lives of Latin Americans with innovations that promote well-being, prevention and health care. Leading based on objectives is my motto," says Tetteroo-Bueno.
