For this, Moulinex, a French brand of small and medium-sized appliances, presents a 3-step recipe, easy to prepare, along with one of its recent launches: the soleil multiprocessor.
CARROT PUDDING
Ingredients
- 200 g honey
- 150g oil
- 3 eggs
- 200g flour
- 20 g almond flour
- 15 g baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 carrots
- 80 g walnuts
Procedure
- Beat the honey, oil and eggs until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add the flours, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder and mix with a spatula in an enveloping manner.
- Place the carrots in the Soleil processor and activate speed 2, recommended for using the grating accessory. Once completed, introduce the cut piece and add the walnuts to integrate the parts.
- Pour the dough into a 25 x 11 cm pudding mold and cook in a preheated oven at medium to low temperature (170 ºC) for approximately 40 minutes.
