Longvie announced the incorporation of a new production line at its plant in Paraná, Entre Ríos, based on an agreement to manufacture household appliances under the Universal brand. The decision marks a strategic step in the evolution of the company, with a focus on the growth and expansion of its offer in the local market.

The agreement was concluded through a trademark use license granted by CaBosch S.A., owner of Universal rights in Argentina. Through this agreement, Longvie will be able to produce and market products in the country, with exclusivity in certain segments, which will allow it to diversify its catalog and meet new demands.

The initiative was communicated by the president of the company, Eduardo Raúl Zimmermann, before the National Securities Commission (CNV), where the incorporation of the brand was detailed as part of a strategy aimed at promoting commercial development.

According to the company, the objective is to “expand its product portfolio, optimize the available offer and strengthen its competitive positioning in the local market”, with a projection of sustained growth in the medium term.

The launch of this new production line not only reinforces the industrial activity at its plant in Entre Ríos, but also opens the door to new opportunities within a market in transformation. In this sense, the company is committed to consolidating its presence through a broader and more competitive proposal, aligned with the new dynamics of the sector.
