Total billing is equivalent to more than $347 million pesos sold per event hour
More than 3.5 million Argentines browsed the official site in search of the best offers during the 3 days of the event.

On May 10, 11 and 12, the eighth edition of the online sales mega event was held, organized by the Argentine Chamber of Electronic Commerce, which had the participation of more than 900 companies and more than 3.5 million users who entered the official site www.hotsale.com.ar.

During the 72 hours. In which the event was extended, sales of products and services were made for a total of $25,000 million (twenty-four thousand nine hundred and ninety-eight million pesos), which represents a growth of 29% in billing compared to the Hot Sale 2020.

3.5 million purchase orders were placed (maintained vs hot sale 2020) and a total of 6 million products were sold (maintained vs hot sale 2020). The value of the average ticket grew by 30%, reaching $7,197. It should be noted that in Hot Sale 2020, a large part of the country was going through phase 1 of quarantine due to the pandemic and eCommerce was one of the only tools to purchase certain products. This year, with a more flexible situation, online is consolidated as a channel, gaining the loyalty of many users and is complemented by other purchasing options.

"We are very satisfied with the results of this new edition of the Hot Sale. The discount, of 32% on average, together with the fees, meant a huge respite for the pockets of consumers, who this year chose to save on those products they needed to buy. In turn, the additional sales generated by the event gave a great boost to the more than 900 participating companies, many of them SMEs, and their entire value chain." stated Gustavo Sambucetti, Institutional Director of the CACE.
