The recent acquisition ensures a new stage of growth, solidity and news for the market.

On Wednesday, September 27, Grupo Fag System, manufacturer of the Kanji, Kanjihome, Harrison and official distribution of Westinghouse, Kodak, Head and LG, made public the acquisition of the company Luadel SRL. This company is a national manufacturer of ice cream, frigobares and freezer, as well as a portfolio of brands such as Vostok among others.

The new acquisition ensures a new stage of sustained growth for FAG System, which will bring news in a short time. The objective of the acquisition was to be able to have its own factory and supply the high demand for ice cream makers and cold line that Kanjihome today has in the market. It should be remembered that the brand has frigobar, low -sommed (including the low -downed model with freezer), freezer vertical freezer, 2 -door and exhibiting frosts.

In this sense, Gastón Marjbein, vice president of Grupo Fag Systems said: “The objective is to increase the volume and production capacity of the cold line. In recent years, the demand for our ice cream makers grew exponentially. This new incorporation would allow us to shorten production times, have a broader availability of products and improve our quality. This, added to what Fag System today has been offering its customers as being more credit, will allow to make another historical jump. We continue to consolidate the company”.

For his part, Alejandro Waisman, commercial manager of the company, added: "Many news, new products and new lines are coming that we are convinced that they will give what to speak, not only for price, but for aesthetics and quality. Having our own ice cream makers allows us to save many costs that will put us in a clear advantage in the national market" .

The structure of the company is now composed of 6 production and deposit plants in Buenos Aires, and the recent plant opened last month in Chaco. "In a country with the current economic context, make a bet as this demonstrates the solidity that the group currently has. It requires a lot of work and attitude, something that fag system always had ”, Marjbein commented.

At the moment the company reported that there will be no transition between both companies. The current staff will continue to be maintained. As for the linear of the Ladadel company, the FAG System commercial team will take charge of sales and customer portfolio, allowing to continue its normal operation as until now.

Growth expectations are large, with new equipment and new models that, as Waisman said previously, will speak to the market.
