Grupo Eletrolar and Azul Play sign a strategic agreement with CAFYDMA for the realization of Artefacta
Artefacta "Muebles, Colchones & Diseño" se llevará a cabo los días 29, 30 de junio y 1 de Julio en La Rural, junto a la sexta edición de Electronics & Home Argentina.
Grupo Eletrolar and Azul Play, organizers of Artefacta – Furniture, Mattresses & Design, signed a strategic agreement with CAFYDMA (Chamber of Furniture, Upholstery and Related Manufacturers) within the framework of the first edition of this new B2B wholesale fair. The initiative seeks to link the furniture, design and comfort industry with commerce, generating new business opportunities for companies in the sector and expanding their access to strategic commercial channels.
The agreement was signed on Friday December 19 at the CAFYDMA headquarters, located in the Barracas neighborhood. On the part of the organizers, it was signed in person by Juan Cruz Grondona, partner of Azul Play Argentina, and also had the signature of Carlos Clur, president of Grupo Eletrolar, carried out remotely from Brazil. For CAFYDMA they signed Ricardo Sorrentino, president of the chamber and head of Tecnomuebles, and Javier Vazquez, vice president of CAFYDMA and head of Springwall.
Artefacta confirmed the realization of its first edition on June 29 and 30 and July 1, 2026, in it Yellow Pavilion of La Rural, in the City of Buenos Aires, simultaneously with the sixth edition of Electronics & Home Argentina, the largest business event between industry and commerce in the country.
With a focus exclusively B2B, Artefacta will develop a strategy aimed at attracting buyers from furniture stores and commercial chains throughout the country, as well as from international buyers, expanding the commercial reach of manufacturers and generating concrete business opportunities.
The exhibition categories include: Furniture, Mattresses, Lighting and accessories, Bazaar, Home textiles, Decoration, Kitchen utensils, Linens, Travel accessories, among others.
International experience and regional reach
Eletrolar Group has extensive experience in organizing business fairs in Brazil and Mexico. In Brazil, he leads events such as Electrolar Show e Interior Lifestyle South America, the Latin American edition of the prestigious format of Messe Frankfurt, oriented to design, decoration and interior design.
Likewise, the group has taken its experience to the Mexican market with initiatives such as Electronics & Home México, which, after years of consolidation in Brazil and Argentina, seeks to position itself as a key meeting point for manufacturers, distributors and retailers from across the continent.

Within the framework of this alliance, A separate space will be developed within Artefacta, designed to showcase trends, design proposals and real applications of furniture in residential contexts. Coordination will be in charge of Rubén Mochi, member of the CAFYDMA Board of Directors, who will lead a proposal that will simulate different housing environments, with a focus on design, functionality and equipment.
