The Argentine company Tromen strengthens its commercial strategy for 2024 by presenting new shelves that stand out for their innovation, design and quality.

Faced with the new political and economic scenario, and the imminent opening of markets, companies are preparing to adapt to new competitive needs. In this context, Tromen reinforces its strategy, highlighting that its differential will be marked by its commercial dynamics. “We have prepared our structure to face these challenges, we strengthen the sales force to be more in touch with our client, the channel, serving them day by day and evaluating all possibilities, giving quick responses since a sale cannot be lost, and the information and decisions must be agile,” explains Facundo Cáceres, Marketing Manager of Tromen.

The company's focus is on continuing providing alternatives and business to the sales channel, diversifying and offering more value in its offer, not only in products, but also in after-sales, quality, variety, prices, advice, presence and marketing actions. The company will offer its channel continuous commercial strategies, scheduled by season and aligned with launches and key dates. “We will create business opportunities throughout the year, with attractive and dynamic proposals, communicating to the end consumer to generate rotation in the sales channel,” adds Cáceres.

A successful preseason

Regarding the heating business, the company maintains that it is closing an excellent preseason, a result of the strategic actions implemented. Aware that sales and volume will be oriented towards essential, low-cost and accessible products, Tromen has anticipated supply to the channel to ensure that no sales opportunity is lost.

The Austral line was relaunched as the entry-level range in the wood heating category. "Our offer will be the best alternative in terms of price-quality ratio in the market, backed by the leading brand in the sector. The final consumer will seek efficiency both in consumption and in the investment they must make," explains Cáceres. Besides, New models of the Pehuen Line have been incorporated, which seeks to expand in the market and gain share of participation in a sector that will remain stable. "In total, these two new lines will have 9 models, we estimate that they will represent between 30% and 40% of the rotation. Therefore, it is crucial that points of sale participate in the category and make purchases on time to guarantee stock," concludes Cáceres.
