With the presence of the governor of the province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof; the mayor of the municipality of Pilar, Federico Achaval; the Minister of Production, Science and Technological Innovation of the Province of Buenos Aires, Augusto Costa; And the Minister of Transportation of the Province of Buenos Aires, Jorge D’Onofrio, the Simpa group officially opened its new plant in the Industrial Park of Pilar, province of Buenos Aires, which demanded an investment of more than 35 million dollars. In this new plant of the Simpa group there will be both motorcycles, quadricycles and utilitaries for the "Motovehicles" division, as well as welder, electric groups and vacuum cleaners for the "Machine and Tools" division.

The director of the Simpa group, Martín Schwartz, presented this new plant to Governor Kiciloff, where 100 direct collaborators are already working. Its construction had the objective of increasing the productive capacity of two of its business units: the divisions "Machines and Tools" and "Motavehicles". The new facilities have 35,000 m2 covered located on a lot of 125,000 m2. This new industrial ship has 2 last generation assembly lines to produce motorcycles in which products of 3 international brands are assembled (Royal Enfield, April and CF-Moto); 3 assembly lines that will produce gamma brand machines and tools; and space for logistics and other group operations.

This new industrial plant will allow the SIMPA group to add 20,000 units per year of motorcycles, quadricycles and utilitaries and on the other more than 80,000 units per year of structure, vacuum and soldiers signed by the “Gamma” brand.

On the other hand, in the 10,000 m2 industrial plant that the Simpa group has in the town of Campana, the production of motorcycles of the KTM and Husqvarna Motorcycles brands will be concentrated and expanded. It should be remembered that, in Campana, the largest motorcycle in Argentina is produced: KTM 790 Adventure.

The Pilar industrial plant is a state -of -the -art construction in terms of logistics and industrial ships. It has the “Gold” certification as a sustainable building by the United States Green Construction Council (US Green Building Council), which accredits the high standards of sustainability and efficiency that its facilities meet in its construction, operation and maintenance.

The Simpa Group is a national capital company with a trajectory in Argentina over 40 years and currently has logistics centers and industrial plants located strategically in the Argentine territory: in the Industrial Park of Campana, in the Industrial Park of Garín, in the province of San Luis, and in the Industrial Park of Pilar.
