Sony announced the launch of the flagship HT-A7000 sound bar, which provides top-quality surround sound. With 360 Reality Audio and High-Resolution Audio technology, this sound bar is capable of delivering a truly immersive experience.

The HT-A7000 has 7.1.2 channels, two upward-facing speakers to throw sound overhead, two beam tweeters and five front-facing speakers with X-Balanced technology that deliver wider, clearer surround sound, and a built-in dual subwoofer to add deep bass. Equipped with Vertical Surround Engine and S-Force PRO Front Surround technologies, the HT-A7000 creates virtual surround sound that comes from everything around you so you can fully enjoy the excitement of Dolby Atmos® and DTS:X®.

On the other hand, it includes microphones that allow you to achieve perfect surround sound in any room. Sound Field Optimization intelligently measures the height and width of the room, and optimizes the sound to perfectly fit the shape of the space and is very easy to use, just activate it from the initial settings or from the home menu.

Plus, when it comes to movies and games, the HT-A7000 creates vivid scenes full of color and depth. All the original image quality is preserved when played back through the HT-A7000 as it supports the latest formats such as 8K HDR, 4K120 and Dolby Vision.

The bar and optional speakers have been designed under a common Omnidirectional Block concept to offer a completely unified appearance. Its sophisticated rounded edges represent a single solid block that provides wide-spread sound. The combination of rich material textures emphasizes the affinity with any environment.

The HT-A7000 will be compatible with Sony's 360 Spatial Sound Mapping technology starting in March 2022. All that is needed is to update the product's firmware, which will be done automatically as soon as the product is connected to the internet, and to enjoy it, a rear speaker (SA-RS3S) can be added, which will offer a multidimensional sound experience. For even better bass, you can also add the optional SA-SW3 wireless subwoofer for greater impact and power in the sound.
