From the Argentine Confederation of the Medium Enterprise (CAME) we report that the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP), through the General Resolution 4729/2020, extended until June 30 the deadline for monotributistas and autonomous to process the credits at zero rate.
The prolongation of the deadlines "seeks to guarantee the effective processing of approximately 1 million credits that are still available for all taxpayers who comply with the eligibility criteria."
Together with the extension of the deadlines, the AFIP defined expanding the universe of beneficiaries to include the self -employed they contribute to the provincial boxes.
According to AFIP, around 500 thousand people have already started the procedure on the body's website to access the measure provided for in the Emergency Assistance and Production Assistance Program (ATP).
The amount to which each person can access depends on the category in which he is registered, for which the maximum foreseen is $ 150,000.
The procedure to access a zero -rate
It is necessary, for this request, to have a tax code with security level 2 and have registered an electronic fiscal domicile.
Once all the information was admitted, the AFIP will issue a processing certificate and send the data to the Central Bank to distribute them among the banks selected by the monotributistas and autonomous.
Then, the bank entities will contact those who initiated the procedure to advance in the processing of the credit at zero rate.
Those who do not have a credit card must indicate in the process initiated on the AFIP website, what is the bank with which they usually operate. If you do not have a bank, the system will ask you to need the closest bank to your home where you would like to advance with the process.
The funds will be accredited on the credit card indicated in three successive and identical disbursements. The credits will have a 6 -month grace period.
The repayment of this benefit that more than 220 thousand people have already accessed - corresponding to the first disbursement - at a minimum, in 12 -free fixed installments.
