ASUS and AMD introduced AMD Ryzen 6000 series processors in innovative new ROG notebooks. On this occasion, both companies came together to offer the gaming community super powerful equipment with great performance to improve their gaming experience.

The company presented three new devices: the ROG Strix G15 and the renewed versions of the ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 and the ROG Zephyrus G14. All of them have the latest memory, storage and connectivity technologies, such as DDR5 RAM, PCIe 4.0 SSD units and Wifi 6/6e. In addition, they have a thermal system enhanced by ROG Intelligent Cooling technology, which generates thermal dissipation through liquid metal in the processor.

The graphics of the entire series are complemented by MUX Switch technology, which allows users to decide which graphics are connected to the computer screen: on the one hand, the integrated video card, which is used for light tasks, saves battery life and its ventilation is quieter; and on the other, dedicated graphics for more demanding tasks, such as content creation and gaming, where the highest possible performance can be obtained from the components.

ROG also introduced the premium gaming display standard, ROG Nebula Display and ROG Nebula Display HDR, which focus on the speed, brightness and vibrancy of panels to deliver the best experience when gaming and creating content.

ROG Strix G15 (G513)

The ROG Strix G15 is ideal for competitive gaming and is characterized by its high-speed display and high level of performance, giving players a great advantage in the game. It has an AMD processor up to Ryzen 7 6800H, NVIDIA GeForce graphics up to RTX 3060, supports up to 32GB of RAM and up to 2 SSD units of 1TB each, while the screen has WQHD resolution (1440p) and 165Hz refresh rate, with 3ms response time.

This computer has RGB lighting, which expands and is synchronized on the keyboard, on the front of the computer and part of the sides of the base, which guarantees that the notebook has a futuristic gamer appearance, while the keyboard highlights the WASD keys with a transparent finish, which allows them to be easily identified when playing.

ROG Zephyrus G14 (GA402)

This is the iconic ROG gaming laptop, the most powerful in the world, in a new 14" format. The 2022 version of the ROG Zephyrus G14 is equipped with an AMD processor up to Ryzen 9 6900HS and AMD Radeon 6700S graphics, a combination that elevates the performance of the equipment above the performance limits obtained in previous generations, without sacrificing its portability. In turn, this notebook is complemented by MUX Switch technology and cooling at through liquid metal, both in the CPU and GPU, in addition to a custom-made vapor chamber to cover all its fundamental components.

The weight of the ROG Zephyrus G14 varies between 1.65 and 1.72 kg and its thickness reaches only 1.95 mm, in its highest performance version, while its screen has a resolution of up to QHD 16:10 (2560×1600) and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

This powerful notebook also includes the AniMe Matrix customization system, a set of LED lights that illuminate the lid with text, animations, notifications, battery status indications, time and date, and even an interactive virtual pet that reacts to computer actions, such as power on, performance mode changes, and the pressing of certain keys.

ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 (GX650)

This new version of the dual-screen gaming laptop integrates an AMD Ryzen 6980HX processor and NVIDIA GeForce graphics up to RTX 3080 Ti, top of the range CPU and GPU respectively.

Dual screen technology provides extra work space for users who want to multitask, stream or create content. In addition, the new hinge system, which tilts and slides the secondary panel (ROG ScreenPad™ Plus), allows it to be positioned at a comfortable angle for control and viewing and is also closer to the main screen, which improves the feeling of fluidity between the two. This same automatic tilt system, called AAS Plus 2.0, allows you to create an extra air inlet space to ventilate the equipment more efficiently with a lower noise level.

The Zephyrus Duo 16 is also ROG's first gaming laptop with a ROG Nebula Display HDR mini LED panel, which features a higher level of contrast and higher maximum brightness (up to 1100~1200 nits) than traditional panels, along with WQHD resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate.
