Red Futura held its annual meeting with record participation

The event took place in the Tilo Hall of the Goldencenter of the City of Buenos Aires and had the participation of more than 55 stands, which highlights the expansion of the network and its growing demand.

On October 3, Red Futura, the purchasing network that brings together retail businesses in Argentina, made its Annual Event 2024 in the Tilo Hall of the Goldencenter, in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The call exceeded all expectations, with more than 55 stands occupied, reflecting significant growth compared to previous editions.

According to the organizers, the high demand for stands led to full occupancy, even after expanding the available spaces. "We are surprised, since we launched the event in March until July, we sold all the available spaces, and we had to expand. Even so, several companies that arrived late were not able to participate. We can say that compared to last year there were 50% more stands. What those who attend value most is the warm and human atmosphere generated at our event. I always say that we are people first, and merchants second. We also know that the moment of catering during the day is very important, because it creates a space for sharing, something that adds a lot of value," he highlighted. Jorge Pocztaruk, president of Red Futura.

An innovative aspect of this edition was lIncorporation of a real-time monitoring system using QR codes, which made it possible to measure the influx of visitors at each stand. This tool made it possible to ensure that all exhibitors had an adequate number of visits, promoting successful commercial interactions. "We went from notebook to QR. We monitored in real time to ensure that all stands received visits and achieved their commercial objectives", the organizers explained.

Among the participating companies were: Motomel, Fag Sistems, Whirlpool, Mabe, Millenium, Petri, Nexina, Liliana, Royal Door, Kioto, Exo, Trends, Faraon, Eiffel, Neba, Ceven, Rotoplas, Latapy, Industrias Mena, and Onebox, among others.

Founded in January 2019, Red Futura has established itself as a key space to facilitate the commercial operations of small and medium-sized companies dedicated to the sale of household items, furniture and technology.

During the event, the notable growth of the network was highlighted, which began with only 18 businesses in 2 provinces and today has more than 135 businesses and more than 200 points of sale distributed in 23 provinces, which gives it a strong presence at the federal level.

Regarding the market situation, Red Futura has observed a change in consumer preferences. In this sense, Pocztaruk commented: “The brands The main brands must continue to be in business, but people's pockets this year are more permeable to second and third brands. “I think next year will be challenging, but I am confident that businesses will remain strong.”

Regarding the next steps, the Network affirms that this has been its most important event, and they consider it a turning point to develop a much larger edition in 2025. “Many companies that could not participate this year are already showing interest for next year. Today, I feel very grateful to all the network providers and to the entire structure that accompanies us," closed Pocztaruk.
