Peabody Award for the Arts: the contest will distinguish lyrical, amateur or professional singers
It is a platform for the development and promotion of Argentine talent and culture. Those interested can register for free until September 1.

Peabody announces the first edition of the arts award. The initiative seeks to give visibility and distinguish the talent of young people who represent a promise for national culture.
Within the framework of the twentieth anniversary of the renowned appliance brand, the firm creates this “Peabody Award for the Arts” contest, demonstrating its real commitment and vision about the importance of culture in the definition of a society. And it chooses music as the theme for its launch, since it represents a universal language that unites cultures and transforms lives.
The 2024 edition calls for young professionals or amateurs of lyrical singing. Academic music, and in particular lyrical singing, has throughout history been an artistic expression of great beauty and complexity. Through the human voice, composers have captured their deepest emotions, telling stories that have transcended time and cultures.
Those who wish to participate can register, free of charge, from July 1 to September 1 until 12 noon at https://premiopeabodyartes.com.ar/
The semifinal will be on 11/26 in the CCK's Argentine Room and the final on November 28 in the National Auditorium of said space.
