Peabody launches natural ice cream factory

With 10 automatic programs and an exclusive digital recipe book, the new Peabody PE-ICM1000 ice cream factory is committed to more natural and innovative preparations in Argentine homes.

The renowned appliance brand Peabody expands its portfolio with the launch of the PE-ICM1000, an ice cream factory focused on the production of 100% natural preparations at home. The product reaches the market accompanied by a digital recipe book with 60 exclusive proposals, inspired by Argentine flavors and developed by the company's team of specialized chefs.

The launch responds to a growing trend in domestic consumption: the search for healthier, personalized foods made with controlled ingredients. The team has 1.5 liter capacity, function Mix-In to incorporate toppings and 10 automatic programs that allow you to prepare different varieties of ice cream and cold drinks. Additionally, it includes three 500 milliliter glasses for freezer storage.

The natural, the differential

“We launched this product to the channel highlighting the convenience of having natural ice cream made your way, at home, whenever you want it and in any situation”, he said Guido Lombardi, Commercial Director of Goldmund. In that sense, he explained that the product aims to solve everyday consumer situations: “Having the preparations in the freezer, if unforeseen visitors arrive, or a child with five friends arrives, in minutes there will be ice cream for everyone.”

Lombardi also emphasized the difference between artisanal ice cream and natural ice cream. "Many times the public confuses artisanal ice cream from an ice cream parlor with natural ice cream, and they are not the same. In many cases, artisanal ice cream contains ingredients that are not always healthy, such as hydrogenated oils. Our new ice cream factory makes it possible to make a natural and delicious ice cream with the ingredients that each family chooses, without preservatives or artificial substances.”he added.

60 recipes with Argentine flavors

The ice cream factory also adds proposals designed to be shared with the family: a digital recipe book that brings together 60 recipes with Argentine identity. Through original, healthy preparations that are easy to make at home, Peabody invites you to transform ice cream into an everyday dessert, versatile and adaptable to the taste of each family.

The company points out that many of the recipes included are not among the traditional flavors of ice cream parlors. “The proposal of this ice cream factory is to innovate and accompany changes in consumer habits”Lombardi said.

In the same line, Rodrigo Ronchetti, company chef, highlighted the evolution in consumer habits: “Today ice cream is consumed all year round and not only in summer, and ice cream was acquiring the characteristic of a usual dessert in any meal”. And he added: “It is a product that provides a solution in minutes, with the added value of being able to consume healthy, homemade preparations tailored to the taste of each family, and as Guido said, betting on innovation”. Furthermore, he stressed that “All the recipes were tested internally and, in the case of those that contain yogurt, we use yogurt made by the company itself.”

For its part, Silvina Isetta, Head of Marketing at Peabody, underlined the versatility of the product. “This machine not only allows you to make ice cream, but also blend it and prepare drinks. Our differential as a brand is in developing ad hoc recipes for each product, expanding its uses and accompanying new forms of consumption.”, he pointed out.

Programs for all tastes

The PE-ICM1000 incorporates 10 automatic programs, designed to replicate different textures and preparation styles:

Argentine Ice Cream: which recreates the creamy texture of artisanal ice cream based on fruits or vegetables, with water, milk, juice or yogurt.

Light Ice Cream with Water and No Cream: soft, refreshing, to enjoy a light ice cream without guilt.

Sorbet: based on water and fruit pulp, without fats such as milk or cream; lighter and more refreshing.

Italian ice cream: Ultra creamy texture, more intense flavor and a denser and smoother sensation than other ice cream.

Frozen Yogurt: Lighter than traditional ice cream and slightly acidic due to its yogurt base, a fresher and healthier option.

Smoothie: thick, creamy and dense texture made from fruits or vegetables together with water, milk, juice or yogurt.

Blended: a drink with a fluid texture by mixing fruits or vegetables with water, milk or juice.

Granita: You can add the topping that each consumer likes the most on a creamy ice cream base.

Frozen Drink: the favorite frozen drink, refreshing and special for gatherings with friends.

Mocca Ice Cream: a creamy coffee ice cream combined with the flavors we like the most, such as choco or dulce de leche.
