The 2nd edition of Bocas Abiertas Mendoza will take place from September 8 to 10 at the Nave Cultural de Mendoza, where you can discover new regional flavors, through the presence of more than 20 top-level local producers. Likewise, Oster will be present at the local version of San Isidro, to be held from November 2 to 5, where the company will carry out the Alfajor Contest.

Oster Argentina has long been accompanying Bocas Abiertas, the Bajo de San Isidro cuisine festival, which has also taken place in Mendoza since last year, and which brings together the best chefs in the country, between open classes and hot pots, and a legion of diners ready to enjoy.

The Mendoza version

The 2nd edition of Bocas Abiertas Mendoza will take place from September 8 to 10 at the Nave Cultural of that city. Oster ambassador Felicitas Pizarro, along with other important chefs, will be present at the festival, giving cooking classes, exhibitions and demonstrations. In turn, visitors will be able to enjoy a walk with a variety of attractions, eat and drink, listen to live music, or learn in one of the cooking classes and talks that will be given.

The main objective of the festival is to promote the economic activity of the city, especially that of the gastronomic industry, promoting its proposals, and showing the varied offer of entrepreneurs and producers. There will be wine, cocktails, beer, spirits, stands and food trucks restaurants, ice cream parlors and cafes, and market stalls with food and designer products; and a busy schedule of shows.

Coming soon, the classic version in Bajo San Isidro

The classic version of Bocas Abiertas will take place as always in Bajo de San Isidro, from November 2 to 5, where Oster will carry out the Alfajor Contest, for the best Argentine alfajor in the public.

Under the open air, with local flavors and the best chefs in action, the festival will offer more than a hundred dishes, at affordable prices. It will have a wide range that reflects the creativity and taste of a province in which gastronomy is the protagonist.
