The Argentine brand began its marketing through the retail channel of Liverpool stores, one of the largest chains in Mexico with more than 150 branches throughout the country.
The arrival to the Mexican market was initially achieved with the DLX 110 and Café Racer 150 models, and then in a second stage added two more models, reported the company, which in 2018 was the third with the most patents in Argentina.
Its commercial director, Facundo Lippo, announced that two years ago the company began “a process of regional expansion of the brand throughout Latin America,” and whose first destination was Uruguay, where it has already “achieved a significant market share.”
“Then we entered the Bolivian and Chilean market and now we arrived at the Mexican market,” Lippo detailed, noting that the project aims to “consolidate the brand throughout the region, betting on quality of service, with products with an excellent price/quality ratio.”
The manager anticipated that the company is “ready to finalize the landing in two new regional markets,” which would lead the brand to have seven representations in Latin America.
Motomel is a company of the La Emilia group and produces more than 60 motorcycle models, to which it adds its after-sales services, official spare parts and accessories.
