Lenovo moves up Fortune's list of the World's Most Admired Companies 2022
Fortune magazine published, like every year, its annual list of the World's Most Admired Companies, in which Lenovo achieved fifth place.

Fortune magazine published, as every year, its annual list of the World's Most Admired Companies, in which Lenovo achieved fifth place, rising from tenth place, for companies in the broad category of the computer industry. The annual ranking, which evaluates the corporate reputation of global organizations, focuses on the 1,000 largest U.S. companies, along with Fortune Global 500 companies, that report annual revenues of $10 billion or more. Lenovo is currently ranked 159 on the Fortune Global 500 list.
The list ranks global companies from 52 different industries. Among companies in the “computer industry” subcategory, Lenovo was particularly recognized in the “Most Admired” ranking for the company's innovation, the quality of its management and its global competitiveness.
Fortune's methodology, in partnership with Korn Ferry, determines the top-rated companies in 52 industries and involves asking executives, directors and analysts to rate organizations within their sector based on nine criteria, from value of investment and quality of management and products to social responsibility and the ability to attract talent.
In turn, another achievement worth highlighting is that Lenovo was recently recognized by Corporate Knights as one of the most sustainable companies in the world; earned a perfect score for the fifth consecutive year on the Corporate Equality Index, and was recognized in the 2022 Bloomberg Gender Equality Index.
