“E-commerce is a habit that is here to stay,” concludes a report on Electronic Commerce Statistics in Argentina, which also shows that mobile has not only consolidated in search but also in purchase. Everyday, regular and post-pandemic buyers are the ones driving this increase, above 50% of purchases made from another type of device. In this framework, more and more consumers are demanding to digitalize their experiences and the home appliance industry is not immune to this.

The digital experience today is not only summarized in the use of an app, but also involves considering the entire consumer journey, which is why the challenge for companies is to try to add value to the user experience, facilitating and simplifying processes. Today, more than ever, the concept of digitalization implies keeping an eye on the consumer.
In this context, Lisandro Emanuel Avaro, Quality and After-Sales Manager of Rotoplas Argentina, has just sealed an agreement with the digital native Apptivalo, in order to be able to provide its Señorial consumers, one of the group's brands, with a valuable experience since thanks to the incorporation of this app, users will have access to manuals, usage tips, tutorials, photographs, videos, etc. all in one place. Likewise, they will be able to digitize guarantees and request a service or repair order. Everything solved in a single application.

"A consumer has no less than 10 different brands in their home, if we count all the appliances, tools and audio or video devices. Apptivalo is a channel that seeks to add value to the lives of its users, being able to resolve all the after-sales needs of their appliances and, also, discover extra information about their products. The advantage of Apptivalo is that in a single application you can place the trust of all my brands." Explained Julián Villanueva, CMO of Apptivalo.

This agreement is a firm step for both companies on their path. Pablo Feresini, Director of Rotoplas Argentina, with more than 20 years of experience in the industry and being one of the pioneers in the search to digitalize the sector, declared that he is “very excited about the path that both companies will take, since the main beneficiary will be the consumer.” For his part, Rodolfo Andragnes, CEO of Apptivalo, was very satisfied: "Rotoplas is a large-scale company with a remarkable track record. That a company like this trusts in our project is quite a sign."
