Pillars of the NEWGEN program:
● From “doing” to “thinking”: Each participant will be in charge of a specific project, in addition to their area responsibilities, assuming the challenge of identifying opportunities and proposing solutions.
● AI training: We incorporate specifi c training so that new talent not only knows emerging tools, but also learns to apply them to solve real problems.
● Innovation from the beginning: We seek that those who enter bring a fresh look at processes, technology and business, inviting them to question the status quo to find better alternatives.
● Learn in a real company: The experience is complemented with one-on-one tutoring with leaders, business training and visits to production plants to enhance academic training.
The program begins in October and is aimed at university-level students who are between 12 and 24 months away from graduating, covering positions in areas such as Commercial, Marketing, Finance, IT, Product, Logistics, New Businesses, Communications and Management Control.
"With NEWGEN we seek to provide much more than a first work experience: we want young people to be able to incorporate tools, develop new skills and prepare for a world of work that is already changing and that they themselves are going to transform. We bet on their talent, their ideas and their ability to innovate, generating spaces where they can learn, contribute and grow. Because accompanying them today is building the future together," he says. Mabel Rius, Director of Human Resources, Communications and General Services of Grupo Newsan.
NEWGEN's commitment is that entering the market is an opportunity to develop a comprehensive vision and transform knowledge into concrete solutions. A first step designed to prepare young talent for the challenges of tomorrow.
