Electronics Home Forum: a new debate space to think about the households of the future
Electronics Home Forum connects manufacturers and retailers with topics of interest to build households of the future, providing an exchange and debate space around the main topics that the sector is going through.

COn the presence of manufacturers, distributors, retailers and industry referents, the first edition of the Electronics Home was held Forum, an event that seeks to consolidate as a reference space for the technological and consumption ecosystem of the home in Argentina.
Among the speakers were Milagros Bin, from Nielseniq Argentina, who referred to “Consumer preferences in double -digit recovery, the Undersecretary of Consumer Defense, Fernando Martín Blanco Muiño and Nicolás Giraldez Ballestrasse, of the Argentine International Investment and Commerce Agency, who addressed the theme“ of the consumer to the internationalization of the industry ”. The business panel was attended by executives Fernando Novoa (Electrolux); Pierino Mastronardi (Goldmund) Ezequiel Brusco (Newsan) and Marcelo Srbovic (Visuar), who, as leaders of the sector, contributed their vision on the subject "connecting with the consumer of the future."Everyone agreed that the market shows signs of recovery although with unequal rhythms, and that companies must plan with caution while betting on innovation and sustainable growth. The meeting closed with a networking space that reinforced one of the main objectives of the Forum: generate links and conversations between the different links in the value chain.

MILAGROS BIN, Customer Success Vertical Retail Lead of Nielseniq Argentina was an exhibitor in the talk “Consumer preferences in recovery times in double digit”, where he gave relevant information about the market and the results obtained in the first semester."The appliance market grew by 41% in units leverage for wholesale, deceleration in prices and greater financing," he said, and expanded this data by detailing that the physical sales points grew 43% in units, above the average. As for the channels, Bin said that specialists and marketplaces gained participation compared to last year and the highest growth sectors were white, small, IT and Telecom line, while brown line and air conditioning grew below the average.


Strong sector recovery With clear omnicanal consumption

A more omnichannel and digital consumerThe online channel represented 56% of the total units sold in the year. The omnicanal experience is consolidated and 63% of consumers use their cell phone to buy online.
