Bosch presented its new 8 series oven: innovation, technology and design in a single product
Fusion of multiple tools in a single unit, the 8 series transforms the kitchen into a complete culinary experience
Bosch, a leading brand in home solutions, launched its New oven, an innovation that promises to transform cuisine integrating unique functions and an elegant design. This is the first of the product line Serie 8, the most technological of the company, which will also include a coffee maker, a microwave and a dishwasher that will come out throughout the year.
This new model incorporates advanced capabilities that previously required several appliances, such as steam cooking, Airfryer, Perfect Roast, Perfect Bake, and an own recipe book, everything in a single product that combines precision, efficiency and design.
One of its most original novelties is that it incorporates the Airfry function. This technology allows cooking in the oven with hot air, achieving crispy preparations on the outside and soft inside, using minimal amounts of oil. It is a much healthier and more clean way of cooking: it does not feel smell of frying in the environment, there are no waste left, and no extra device is needed. A key fact is that it can also be used to prepare grill dishes.
With regard to the display, the oven comes with TFT touch screen, which allows clearer and more intuitive navigation: TFT Touch Display Pro (160 x 70 mm).
Finally, another of the attributes of this new appliance is the steam function, which provides the possibility of cooking in a healthy way. As a result, a couple cooking is obtained, retaining nutrients and enhancing the natural flavors of food. It is a low -fat cooking that allows you to place several ingredients at the same time without altering your taste, being able to carry out the elaboration of a complete menu.
It also allows you to choose between three levels of steam intensity and six different cooking modes, adapting the preparation to all types of recipes. It also has the differential of having a 1 liter water tank of easily accessible, since it is located behind an elevable panel of semi-automatic opening, gaining capacity in the oven without the need to stop cooking to fill the tank.
With the launch of the 8th series oven, Bosch reaffirms its commitment to innovation, quality and design in each of its products. This new model not only optimizes time in the kitchen, but also raises the gastronomic experience of the home, consolidating the brand as a reference in technology applied to everyday well -being.

What does this release mean for the brand?
SGA: With this launch we are presenting the beginning of a paradigm shift of what has to do with Bosch and this series 8, which is the kick to a whole range of cooking products that not only has an oven but with a whole line of products that also includes microwave, coffee maker, heats plates, we even have a more microwave oven included. What we are doing today is the launch through the oven and everything that will come. This black ecosystem allows you to have the entire range of complete kitchen where all these appliances are combined.
What are the attributes that stand out the most in this oven model that they are presenting?
SGA: Mainly one of the characteristics that stands out most in the oven we are presenting is the steam cooking, Air Fryer cooking, the system that is now fashionable, also the Perfect Roast system, Perfect Bake, which cuts the cooking to the just cooking point so that the food does not pass. And another attribute is that it comes with already integrated recipes, and you can go tracking the recipe through the digital screen. The screen is very intuitive.

AA: Yes, within the very innovative functions it has is the time management, it can be programmed to turn off, and a deferred cooking can also be made, and that is not most of the other ovens, the oven can be programmed to turn on and start cooking up to 24 hours. For example, you can look for a program so that defrosting and cooking at that time. And then there is a warning for example so as not to stop cooking and make some action such as adding a sauce in the preparation. It has such differential functions that make you cook healthier, and make it easier to cook, and in very short times. By having the cooking system in 4D, unlike other furnace models, it manages to not go anywhere the heat and cook more homogeneously.
What is the brand positioning in this market context?
SGA: Today Bosch is the premium brand within what is the appliance segment, leads the category with this type of products and with all those that will come. The black series is precisely the new European cooking trend, so we are somehow marking an avant -garde and innovation milestone, and also in efficiency.
AA: In this sense, Bosch is always working with a look on energy consumption, in Europe the models are changing looking for the greatest energy saving. Then it is the search for aesthetics and consumption optimization at the same time.
