ASUS has announced the Zenbook S 14 (UX5406), one of the thinnest and most portable 14-inch ASUS AI PCs on the market, combining performance with sophistication. The premium Zenbook S 14 features a new functional aesthetic and has been completely redesigned inside and out. The chassis features the innovative new ASUS Ceraluminum™, a high-tech ceramic hybrid material available in a range of colors inspired by nature. This industry-first material offers exceptional strength, effortlessly resisting scratches and wear.

Zenbook S 14 features the latest AI-enabled Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 (Series 2) processor with an integrated NPU with performance for up to 48 TOPS and Intel Arc™ graphics. Advanced CNC milling allows the integration of an ultra-thin vapor chamber into the ultra-quiet cooling system, unique for such a thin device, ensuring a CPU TDP of up to 28 watts with minimal noise. The functional design features a dedicated Copilot key and an enlarged 16:10 aspect ratio touchpad that supports smart gestures.

The 120Hz ASUS Lumina OLED 3K display and powerful four-speaker audio system deliver engaging entertainment, delivering a true cinematic experience. The Microsoft Pluton security processor ensures strong security, and the new Windows Passkeys feature securely stores authentication data. Enhanced biometric security and privacy features powered by the AiSense IR camera system include facial recognition for automatic login and logout, adaptive locking, and adaptive dimming.

The new Zenbook S 14 will be available locally starting in October, with an exact release date and pricing yet to be confirmed.

The user experience is fluid and intuitive, with a dedicated Windows Copilot key on the ASUS ErgoSense keyboard for instant Windows AI assistance and an enlarged touchpad that matches the display's 16:10 aspect ratio. This improves comfort and ease of use, allowing quick adjustments to audio volume, screen brightness and more through smart gestures.
