José M. Alladio e Hijos S.A. reported that with the objective of enhancing production and long-term sustainability, the company decided to integrate its operations with the Mexican group Mabe, which has operated in Argentina since 1998 with the Patrick brand, owns a refrigerator plant in the city of San Luis and is a licensee of the GE brand. Mabe emerged in Mexico in 1946, it is the leading company in that market and since 1987 it has been associated with General Electric (today owned by Haier) for the production and marketing in some areas of GE brand appliances.
The information indicates that this is the most difficult decision that Alladio made in his business career and that he did so in the conviction that “this integration opens up new horizons of growth and international projection for the company.”

The entire team of collaborators will continue to operate as usual to achieve integration between both operations, continue producing and offering the service that characterizes the Drean, Aurora and Patriot range of products.

"We feel deep gratitude to all the people who throughout these years have added their commitment daily so that the company has the recognition that it can exhibit today. At the same time, we are proud to know that this integration represents an opportunity to take the company to another level," highlighted the Alladio directors.
