Tell us about Verisure's presence in Argentina and in which areas they offer their solutions.

We are a company of Swedish origin, a leader in the Security field in Europe and with a presence in 17 countries. Verisure arrived in Argentina in 2019 and currently, we have more than 1,700 collaborators. We hope to continue growing in the region, both in terms of investment and personnel. We are in several areas of the country: AMBA, Atlantic Coast, La Plata, Córdoba, Tandil, Bahía Blanca, Rosario, Mendoza, Santa Fe and Tucumán. We have expansion plans, emphasizing Mendoza and Córdoba, which are the two places where our proposal had a great arrival.

What makes the technology proposed by Verisure stand out?

We stand out in designing our own technology and we are committed to constant innovation to offer advanced security products and services, of high quality and reliability. The products in our portfolio are manufactured in our two centers in Malmö (Sweden) and Madrid (Spain).

In addition, we are starting to work with video surveillance cameras, using a product with very advanced technology provided by the company Arlo, which will be gradually incorporated. These cameras offer full HD, night vision, object recognition through AI, and can be installed both indoors and outdoors, resisting high and low temperatures.

What are your most notable proposals and the new features that Verisure is launching on the market?

We offer a portfolio of products through a basic package that includes a magnetic door, two photodetectors, a control panel and a siren. The central office serves as the brain of the alarm, connecting all the devices with our monitoring center, and also allows us to communicate with the client present in the installation from our central office, without having to call their cell phone or landline. The control panel has SOS and emergency warning buttons, as well as a talk-listen communication module.

The My Verisure application allows the user to control the alarm from their cell phone, including requesting photographs of our photodetectors to verify what is happening in their facilities. This differential is highly valued by our clients.

In addition to these products, which are the starting point of our proposal, we revolutionize the security field with ZeroVision, an anti-theft alarm that allows our monitoring center to act immediately to expel intruders from the facility, whether in a business or a home using dense, but non-toxic smoke.

When an alarm occurs, our team of security experts verify what is happening in the home, and upon detecting that it is a real alarm, in addition to notifying the authorities, this smoke is released, generating a situation of zero visibility in the protected place. Although it is true that it is not toxic or harmful to the health of humans and animals, it is smoke that impedes visibility and forces intruders to leave the property. This device is not activated automatically, there is always a verification by the operators of our monitoring center before its activation.

How can businesses and households access the different proposals?

We know that all homes and businesses are different and need specific solutions. For this reason, a security expert visits the facility with a briefcase that includes our kit so that people can learn about our solutions. The expert carries out a free security study and analyzes what your weak points are and offers you a personalized proposal that guarantees effectiveness in that address. Afterwards, the installation is quite quick and easy because the devices to be installed are wireless and the maintenance of the devices is for life.

When introducing ZeroVision, the most frequently asked question is how does it work? So, we decided to create “Touring Argentina with ZeroVision”, a trailer that simulates the living room of a home and shows this cutting-edge technology. We want the public to know and experience the operation and activation of this innovative service. We started in the Distrito Arcos shopping center and later, we will take the experience to other areas to bring more security to every corner of the country.

What would be the proposal that points to a more corporate service?

The business alarm adapts to the needs of each company, it can be offices, factories, warehouses, and/or commercial premises. We offer a comprehensive solution to create a safe work environment. We strategically place state-of-the-art deterrents, sensors and detectors.

Our proposal has different functionalities that allow those who have several branches of a business to use our services to the fullest, such as keywords that allow identification, access control using smart keys, schedule monitoring, SOS button, among others.
