Philco presented an innovative line of electric bicycles that promises to seduce the Argentine public in a market with high growth. It is estimated that more than 300,000 Argentines use bicycles as a means of transportation daily.

In some markets, such as Western Europe, it is estimated that by 2025 the sales volume of electric bicycles will climb from the current 9% to 21%, placing it as the best-selling vehicle on the planet. Following this trend, Philco seeks to be the benchmark of this “revolution” in the country, bringing consumers a proposal that meets the highest international quality standards and at a very competitive price, with the aim of promoting sustainable mobility.

E-Bikes allow you to promote a healthy lifestyle, significantly reduce travel times and after the initial investment, they represent a low monthly cost, are environmentally friendly and dynamic, something essential to move around the city effortlessly and in an innovative way.

Philco presents two models, a touring e-Bike and a folding e-Bike, which comply with current international certification standards. Both models have electric pedaling assistance up to 25 km/h and break inertia with the user's pedaling. They exceed 40 km, at the maximum level of assistance and have a lithium battery that charges in less than 5 hours.

"Since we decided, two years ago, to enter the urban mobility business, we have been planning and working on the development of electric bicycles; a launch that combines the technological DNA and reliability of Philco; it was a natural step that gives meaning to the fact that we have entered this category, a global trend that projects great growth in the country," said Rafael Vieyra, General Director of the Electronics and Appliances Division.

The new line of Philco e-Bikes highlights dynamism, convenience and practicality, while its design is specially prepared to offer a distinctive experience. All Philco bicycles are certified with IRAM 40020 and 60020 standards (replica of the international standard ISO 4210). This implies that IRAM required laboratory testing of the products as well as inspected and verified all the plants where the brand's bicycles are produced.

They have a six-month warranty and a wide network of registered technical service throughout the country.
