With the focus on transparency and continuous improvement, Newsan has presented, consecutively for 11 years, its Sustainability Report. This year, the report covers the main milestones of the 2025 management and consolidates the progress of the business group in its environmental, social and governance (ESG) dimensions. This new edition reflects how the company continues to integrate sustainability as a transversal axis of its business strategy, promoting initiatives aimed at strengthening competitiveness, operational efficiency, innovation and long-term value generation.

The Report was prepared under the international standards Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), reaffirming Newsan's commitment to transparency and accountability. Among the main milestones of the 2025 management are:

Culture of innovation and digital transformation. The company continued to promote the Renewing corporate program, promoting the automation of processes, the incorporation of disruptive technologies and the training of its teams to strengthen efficiency and innovation in all business units.

Growth and strengthening of infrastructure. With five business units and a commercial presence in more than 10,000 points of sale, Newsan consolidated an increasingly integrated operation, allocating USD 4 million to logistics renewal and automation and exporting premium foods to more than 64 countries.

Talent development. The company strengthened its value proposition for people through the launch of the Newsan Academy, Young Professionals programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and comprehensive health and safety management based on international standards.

Responsible production and circular economy. During 2025, the Villa Mercedes Mass Consumption plant sustained its Zero Waste initiative, while the Air Conditioning and TV plants in Ushuaia achieved 99% recycling of production waste materials. In addition, more than 500 tons of cardboard were processed through Pulpak to replace Styrofoam packaging with biodegradable solutions, accompanying the transition towards more circular production models.

Positive impact on communities. Through Newsan IN, its inclusive and circular economy business model, the company continued to promote socio-labor inclusion; Since the beginning of this program, more than 105,000 units have already been referred for reconditioning and more than 228 tons of scrap have been responsibly managed. Likewise, through its social investment programs, during 2025 more than ARS 133 million were allocated to strengthening projects linked to education, health, culture and the development of the knowledge economy.

Marcela Cominelli, Senior Manager of Legal, Public Affairs and Sustainability at Newsan, noted: "Presenting our Sustainability Report, for 11 consecutive years, represents much more than sharing indicators: it is showing how we continue to integrate sustainability into business strategy and decision making. Each advance reflects the commitment of our teams to promote management that is increasingly efficient, innovative and prepared to respond to the challenges of an environment in constant transformation, generating value for our clients, collaborators, communities and the environment."

With this new Sustainability Report, Newsan reaffirms its commitment to continue building a business model that combines innovation, growth and sustainable development, strengthening its ability to generate positive impact throughout its value chain.
