In the fifth edition of the Tromen Experience, the company once again opened its doors to clients and media to close the year with an informative and celebratory breakfast and lunch
Last Friday, November 8, the fifth edition of the Tromen Experience took place. The day was attended by more than 150 attendees who gathered at the plant to enjoy an informative day, which culminated with a lunch made with the brand's Gourmet line products.
As in previous editions, the Tromen Experience began with an informal breakfast in which the state and reality of the market was discussed. The cycle continued with a visit to the plant guided by operations management in which attendees were able to directly have a vision of the process that goes into making a Tromen a Tromen. Visitors witnessed the raw materials used, the latest technology machinery such as laser cutting, plasma, guillotines, welding robots, and all manufacturing processes. At the same time, another group received training on the use and quality of the products and a third took part in a commercial talk where the upcoming variables were analyzed, the results of 2019 in the company were discussed, in addition, products were launched and objectives for next year were set. As is customary, these groups rotated at each of the stations and participated in each training and talk.
“At Tromen, with this Experience we want to get to know each other and transmit first-hand the experiences and benefits of our brand, further building loyalty in the commercial relationship that unites us with our clients,” the company stated.
