RECIPE:
In the glass of the vintage Oster blender, process 100 grams of cookies + 50 grams of melted butter. Place at the base of the glasses or glasses, tamp and set aside cold.
With the clean glass, blend 200 grams of cream cheese (the firmest available) + 200 grams of condensed milk + lemon zest + 30 ml. of lemon juice and blend for a few seconds.
Add 200 grams of heavy cream (35% fat content), continue blending little by little until achieving a fairly firm consistency.
Fill the glasses up to half or 3/4 of their capacity.
Cover with the rest of the ground cookies (optional), cool for a couple of hours and cover with jam, strawberry candy, red berries or fresh fruits.
Keep cold until consumed.
