Oriental Muebles is a company with 40 years in the market. It began manufacturing youth furniture and, since 2000, has been dedicated only to the production of tables and chairs. Located in Cañada de Gómez, Santa Fe, it has two plants of 1,500 and 3,000 square meters, one dedicated only to the production of tables with MDF and its own veneer in guatambú, paradise or petiribí.

They employ 30 people and distribute throughout the country to furniture stores and home goods chains. “Our workhorse is trap tables,” he commented. Luis Izquierdo, its owner. "In these products, with which we specialize, we incorporated technology that we brought from China, such as bidirectional sliding, an added value that gave us a differential in quality and positioning over what is on the market. The trap table, due to its very functionality, has to be robust, that is why we included that slide that goes down and up automatically, unlike traditional trap tables, where it must be pulled from both ends to open it. Another characteristic of our tables is the UV polish, which gives them superior hardness and durability.”

In chairs, they offer a variety of 14 models and a similar number of tables. This year the company made its first presentation at Electronics & Home, in the Artefacta space. “The event left us very satisfied, we met with clients and presented new models with the slogan “Goodbye to straight lines”, an oval table and chairs with rounded lines,” Izquierdo concluded. "Our stand was very visited and we are now seeing the result in sales. It was an excellent setting to present and exhibit the products."
