Furniture and decoration: the online channel opens new opportunities and brings home trends closer
The digital channel is consolidated as a relevant showcase for the home market. In 2026, furniture was among the most visited categories during Hot Sale, while the Furniture, Home and Deco proposals stood out among those that offered the greatest discounts.

E-commerce continues to generate opportunities for brands and businesses linked to the home. According to the Mid Term 2026 study by the Argentine Chamber of Electronic Commerce (CACE), Argentine e-commerce registered a growth of 28% in billing during the first half of the year, as part of a general evolution of the channel.
Beyond this indicator, some specific data shows the interest that furniture arouses in the digital environment. During the Hot Sale 2026, Furniture was among the most visited categories from the official site, along with electro, clothing, travel and makeup.
The event also focused on promotional tools as part of the commercial strategy. Furniture, Home and Deco was among the categories that recorded the highest average discounts, within an edition in which the general discount reached 34%.
For the sector, these data show an opportunity that goes beyond online sales. The digital channel allows present products, generate inspiration, show different proposals for environments and accompany the consumer during the search and comparison of alternatives.
Trends that reach the environments
The design universe also offers some signs about the proposals that are gaining presence in contemporary spaces. Among them are the furniture with curved and organic shapes, natural materials and textures, which provide warmth and a greater sensory dimension to the environments.
Also gaining prominence are multifunctional and flexible spaces, designed to combine different activities, along with lighting that is more integrated into the design and comfort-oriented technologies.
In materials, the combination of woods, stones, textiles and textured surfaces reinforces a search for warmer and more personalized environments.
For manufacturers, brands and retailers, these trends represent new opportunities to develop proposals and communicate them through digital channels, where image, setting and inspiration play a central role.
Thus, the online channel not only functions as a marketing space: it also becomes a window to show new proposals, bring trends and accompany the consumer in the process of transforming their spaces.
