San Juan will have a new brand in its offers radar. This is new home, a national chain of appliances and technology that was born and is still as a family business, but already has 47 stores in different parts of the country.

The company will occupy the premises used by the Garbarino firm on the San Juan del Hiper Libertad Paseo, and is dedicated mainly to the white line and other appliances. He was born in Carmen de Areco, Buenos Aires. He quickly expanded to La Pampa and Santa Fe and now advances to other markets in the provinces.

Amid the strong economic crisis, where many of the commercial novelties have to do with closures or contractions, a valid question is why they decided to expand to San Juan. Given this, Núñez replied several times the same: "For the human quality of the San Juan."

It is that the house of appliances had several options to expand for the first time to Cuyo and when Núñez visited San Juan, he was surprised by "the respect and professionalism" of the San Juan. At this time, new home completed the work team in the province with 11 people and the commercial manager clarified that they prioritized and will continue to prioritize local personnel.

In the beginning there was talk that they were going to capture workers from some chains that recently closed in the province and in the country. Núñez confirmed that they have summoned former employees of Garbarino, Ribeiro and Musimundo, but clarified that they are looking for anything more than profiles with experience in the field. "We have 50% of workers in the sector, but we also gave some opportunity to some who did not necessarily come with that experience," he added.

After the loss of some businesses in the field, an option that, according to Núñez has high competitiveness giving prices is now added to the local offer. "We handle the cash, others are committed to personal loans, for example, but we make our clients cheap and well advised. We are very successful in our niche."

The businessman explained that in San Juan they are committed to being successful and that they had this expectation even before knowing the economic growth potential. "When I arrived I did not know much about mining, but they immediately told us that these possibilities are, which are very encouraging because they are good salaries. But since before we trusted that it could be a good market, especially because of the place where the place is," said the manager.

But, beyond these good future perspectives, for Núñez it is important to highlight that the San Juan "were" the quality of citizens as they are almost seen "what convinced them in the investment. It has a lot to do with the origin of Casa Nuevos, a company that despite its growth remains in the hands of the same family that founded it 50 years ago in a town of a few thousand inhabitants in Carmen de Areco.
