Motorola, company Lenovo, presented House of Moto Indigo, a new global brand color developed in collaboration with Pantone, which will accompany your devices, experiences and communications around the world.
The tone, located between blue and violet, seeks to represent Motorola's evolution towards the segment of Lifestyle Tech, where technology combines innovation, design and personal expression.
The choice of color is part of a multi-year strategic alliance between Motorola and Pantone, aimed at exploring the impact of color on technological design and its ability to generate emotional and cultural connections with users.
“At Motorola, design has never been just an aesthetic issue, but rather an expression of identity,” he said. Ruben Castaño, vice president of Design, Brand and Consumer Experience at Motorola. As he explained, House of Moto Indigo reflects a design language in which “intelligence and craftsmanship come together to create objects with which people connect emotionally.”
Pantone also highlighted the meaning associated with indigo. Laurie Pressman, vice president of the Pantone Color Institute, pointed out that historically this color is related to concepts such as depth, intuition and creativity, combining a feeling of timelessness with a look towards the future.
