"At Intel, we are proud of our strategic collaboration with Lenovo. Intel's platform enables high-performance AI experiences to be brought everywhere: devices, people and real-life applications. Through the integration of hardware and software, we work together with Lenovo to boost productivity and efficiency, enable creativity and deliver new experiences to users, bringing AI closer to their daily lives. Over the years, we have worked closely with Lenovo and continue to collaborate on PCs, data centers and the hybrid cloud, with the goal of “that innovation in AI is increasingly accessible, responsible, safe and inclusive.” – mentioned Erlin Rey, Technical Sales Specialist en Intel.

Innovations in infrastructure and AI solutions

Among the main highlights, Lenovo presented the most complete portfolio of AI inference servers in the industry, including the new ThinkSystem SR675i, SR650i y ThinkEdge SE455i. These servers are designed to bring artificial intelligence to data centers, hybrid environments and edge computing, offering high performance to run LLMs, GPU-accelerated computing and operation in extreme conditions, ideal for sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, telecommunications and financial services. Integrated into Lenovo Hybrid AI Advantage, these servers include specialized support and comprehensive services throughout the entire lifecycle of AI projects.

In the world of sports, Lenovo reinforced its role as Official Technology Partner of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ and FIFA Women's World Cup 2027™. To do this, he launched Soccer AI Pro, a tool that analyzes millions of data points and more than 2,000 metrics to generate tactical insights, personalized analysis and immersive fan experiences. The company also announced, in partnership with Formula 1®, the adoption of technology Lenovo Neptune liquid cooling to improve broadcast operations with high-performance computing, increasing energy efficiency and supporting sustainability goals, while delivering broadcasts to more than 820 million fans worldwide.

Still within the scope of Hybrid AI Advantage, Lenovo launched Lenovo Agentic AI Services, a comprehensive service that allows companies to design, deploy and manage artificial intelligence agents. These agents are capable of optimizing operations, reducing manual tasks and accelerating decision making in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics and robotics. Backed by Lenovo Hybrid AI Factory y Lenovo AI Library (with validated use cases), the initiative offers a structured path, from identifying high-value opportunities to deploying production-ready governed agents in up to 90 days. The company also presented Lenovo xIQ, a set of native AI platforms that integrate devices, applications and cloud environments in an end-to-end hybrid model, simplifying the management and scaling of corporate AI.

Personal AI on devices with Lenovo and Motorola Qira

Lenovo and Motorola presented RENTAL, a personal artificial intelligence super agent that works seamlessly between Lenovo and Motorola devices—such as PCs, smartphones, tablets, and wearables. This unified AI, called Personal Ambient Intelligence System, was developed to understand the user, with their permission, learning from the information they decide to share. In this way, Qira can operate intelligently between compatible devices, applications and services, transforming insights into actions and coordinating tasks and workflows to help the user make more informed and efficient decisions.

CIO Playbook 2026: The race for corporate AI

One of the highlights of TechWorld was the presentation of the CIO Playbook 2026: The race to lead enterprise AI. This exclusive study, developed by Lenovo in partnership with IDC, interviewed 500 business and IT leaders from Latin America, revealing how organizations are advancing enterprise AI adoption. The research covers six markets in the region (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru) and seven industry verticals.

The survey indicates that 97% of Latin American organizations plan to increase their investments in AI, with an expected annual growth of approximately 14%. This data aligns with global findings, which show that 96% of companies worldwide He also plans to follow this path. In the Latin American scenario, the platforms of Agentic IA, focused on the development, deployment and operation of intelligent agents, are leading the change in investment priorities. More than 50% of organizations in the region are already exploring or deploying AI agents, with key use cases in cybersecurity, quality control and customer service.

The expectations that AI will generate measurable returns are significant. On average, organizations expect to generate 2.8 times value for every dollar invested in AI projects. Besides, 84% of companies in Latin America is already in the pilot phase or actively adopting AI, surpassing the global index, where 77% of organizations is at this level. However, the challenge has evolved from simple adoption to effective implementation of the technology. In the region, the main priorities of CIOs focus on:

  • Improve operational efficiency: 29% of executives
  • Build trust in AI-generated systems and results: 28%
  • Boost Productivity: 27% of technology leaders

"Investments in artificial intelligence in the region are constantly accelerating, while the strategic priorities of CIOs are undergoing a significant transformation. We can highlight that the true differential lies in how these resources are directed strategically and applied to the areas of greatest impact for the business," he explains. João Bortone, President and General Manager of Lenovo ISG for Latin America.

The research also indicates that 83% of organizations intends to use environments on-premises o edge to run AI applications as part of a hybrid strategy. In this context, the hybrid model, which combines local infrastructure, private and public clouds, emerges as the main format, concentrating 61% of preferences for AI workloads. In comparison, 17% of organizations prioritize public cloud, 16% adopt edge deployments and alone 6% operate exclusively in on-premises environments.

"The future is hybrid. We see a clear consolidation of this model as the preferred approach for the adoption of artificial intelligence in companies. Running workloads in on-premises environments responds to critical demands for privacy, compliance and security, in addition to offering greater operational control and flexibility to deal with distributed environments and new digital threats," says Bortone.

The study also shows that devices powered by artificial intelligence are becoming a growing priority for Latin American organizations. According to the survey, 30% of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) of the region and 50% of large corporations They plan to direct their PC purchases toward models with Agentic Integrated AI.

These devices are expected to operate in a hybrid mode, combining on-device and cloud processing, with the goal of increasing the productivity, security and autonomy of users.

This movement represents a turning point in the corporate market, with the expectation that half of the new PCs purchased by companies are already equipped with artificial intelligence capabilities. The adoption of devices capable of performing local inference and supporting an increase in productivity also appears as the main IT investment priority for the next 12 months. In this context, the projection is that for 2027, as the focus of artificial intelligence shifts from training to inference, approximately 80% of companies will adopt distributed edge infrastructures to reduce latency and improve responsiveness of AI applications.
