Huawei bets on direct experience in physical stores
The launch of the Huawei Mate 80 Pro marked a milestone in Huawei's local strategy, by incorporating its availability in Claro's physical stores and preparing to do so in Personal stores

Huawei announced the launch in Argentina of the new Huawei Mate 80 Pro, its flagship smartphone that combines technological innovation, premium design and high performance and, in addition, the landing, as part of its commercial strategy, in Claro's physical stores where users can now see, try and experience the equipment first-hand.
In the first stage, the device was available in pre-sale format, where customers could access it in advance. Its arrival in physical stores was celebrated with a special activation in the Claro store at Dot Baires Shopping, where the first 50 people to enter the store got a HUAWEI Band 10 as a gift, while the first to buy the new HUAWEI Mate 80 Pro received a free HUAWEI MatePad SE 11”.
In turn, Huawei will soon carry out an activation in Personal stores, with the aim of continuing to bring its technology closer to more consumers and continue strengthening its presence in the local market.
This strategy represents a key differential for the brand in Argentina, since it allows users to learn about, try and experience the devices directly, providing a more tangible and immersive experience that until now was not available for its products.
The Mate 80 Pro stands out for its True-to-Colour camera, which offers truer color reproduction; its highly durable design, designed for daily use; and a long-lasting battery, optimized to keep up with the pace of today's users.
In addition, the device incorporates improvements in performance, photography and user experience, positioning itself as one of the most advanced options within its category.
